Good discussion Participants?

Well, Our first performance test has been over.
Are you guys all satisfied with your grades that you received?
Probably, many people would have some disappointment with the grades, since everyone did really well, but the grades differ quite a lot from person to person.

However, this is not the end of the world. We will have so many discussion afterwards, during our life.

So, What factors or skills should the Moderator or the participants have in order to be regarded as a good discussion moderator/participants?

The most important factor to be a good discussion participants is mind that consideration for others. Logical thinking? Important. Fluency? Important. However, if the participant doesn't consider others, what will happen in discussion? They won't discuss. Maybe they will "fight". Listening to others, saying good words, saying in proper tone etc. is good examples of consideration.
To sum up, consideration for others is basis of discussion. Other skills for discussion is useless when you are lack of mind that consideration for others.
